Membership terms

1. Membership is $100 per month, paid in advance.
2. When you join, your first 2 months are paid up front.
3. If your monthly fee isn't paid, you're not able to attend meetings.
4. One seat per person — each membership covers one person.
5. If you're away, the monthly fee still applies. You're welcome to send a substitute in your place.
6. The same substitute can attend for you a maximum of 2 times.
7. If you'll be away for more than 3 weeks in a row, please let us know.
8. If you miss 4 meetings in a row without letting us know, your membership will be cancelled.
9. Visitors can attend up to 2 meetings, after which they'll need to join to keep coming.
10. Beverages and food aren't included. A coffee van is onsite if you'd like to buy a coffee.
